ARTIST:

I am an Outsider Artist, meaning, I've not studied nor had training in painting or art. I use acrylic because I am an impatient person and it dries fast. I like the way the paint squishes, and I can make anything I want any color I like. I am fascinated by architecture, landscapes, cars, trains, machinery, roof tops, and I love snow. I work, mostly, on canvas--but sometimes I like to paint on wood and tiles.  I re-imagine favorite  places, seasons, occasions, events, and memories for folks. If you have a moment or place you would like to captured in my own rudimentary style, all I need are a few pictures of your special memory.

My work has been shown at Lola's Salon and Gallery  in Asheville, NC., Tressa's Downtown Jazz & Blues, and  featured at the 2013 and 2021 Art in Autumn Festival in  Weaverville, NC and Art in the Park 2017 in Myrtle  Beach, SC.
